Art Nouveau Portrait of a Powerful Dwarf

Art Nouveau portrait of a powerful dwarf king in his fifties with a massive grey beard and an ornate golden crown with angular designs. He wears rich red and gold robes with intricate embroidery. He holds out his hand, presenting a glowing magical ring that emits blue light and energy. His expression is intense and commanding. The background is dark and dramatic. The art style is Art Nouveau with strong ink outlines, high contrast between the warm golden crown/robes and the cool blue magical glow, dynamic composition with the king's hand and beard forming decorative curves. Gritty, atmospheric mood, epic and mystical. Ultra high detail on the beard texture, crown engravings, and magical effects. Inspired by Gustav Klimt and Alphonse Mucha. 8K resolution
